Everything you need before you cast a line.
Finch Farm Fishery is a family-run coarse fishing venue on the edge of Hawthorne Hill in Berkshire. Three sheltered, well-stocked lakes, generous banks, and a settled twenty-year record of matches, day tickets, and long, quiet weekends.
The three lakes

Main Lake
Our largest water, with up to 40 well-defined swims and mature, tree-lined margins. A settled head of mixed coarse fish, good carp, tench, bream and roach among them, with plenty of cover. A comfortable choice for pleasure anglers and matches alike.

Anaconda
A quieter water with mature, tree-lined margins. Around 6 swims and a settled head of coarse fish — carp, tench and bream among them. A calm choice away from the busier lakes.

Cat Lake
Our quietest water, home to specimen cats alongside carp and other coarse species. A minimum line weight of 25lb applies here to look after the bigger fish — see the Cat Lake rules.

Best-kept small fishery I've been on this side of the Thames. Fish looked after, and it shows.
Took my lad for his first proper session. Landed a low-double carp off peg 8. Made his year.
